The $19/repo/mo Starter plan is gone, and so is per-repo billing. The rate card reads 'Per-team pricing, not per-user': Free at $0 for 10 reviews a day on one repo, Developer at $8.33/mo annual ($9.99 monthly) for solo developers with up to 10 repos, and Team at $12.49/mo annual ($14.99 monthly) for unlimited repos and up to 25 team members. Bitbucket is now published alongside GitHub and GitLab.
